“HAREZA Ikebukuro” is a symbolic project that will greatly strengthen the international competitiveness of Ikebukuro and is a model for Toshima’s "International City of Art and Culture.
The artwork was performed in the passageway on the first floor of the Hareza Tower as one of the 12 artists' works installed throughout the facility, which has "eight theater spaces" that transmit a variety of cultures.
